Why should Corporations use ASI For You, Inc.?

Ease of use - simple easy to follow pages. If you know how to get on to the Internet, that's all you need to know. It's easy to order online with asi4u.com, there is nothing new to learn. And for those of you on older Internet browsers, we have made our site work just as well for you.

Once you have set up an account, you log on and your ready to place an order. Since we do not manually enter your information, you don't have to worry about us entering the wrong information. With a confirmation after each order, you can rest assured that the order is received and will shortly be on its way to you.

This site was designed for the corporate customer. The entire site is designed to make ordering as simple and secure as possible, without manuals or instructions for users, but we included demo screens just in case.

Once you have defined your stationery guidelines, logo requirements, etc. users cannot change them. This keeps all of your stationery in line with your corporate image as well as making sure that all of your communication products look the same. Of course you could choose to have more than 1 design or template and almost 20% of our customers do with some as high as 11 divisions each with their own design and layout.

After the user completes their order, your corporate administrator or the user get an e-mail notice (for those users with e-mail capabilities) acknowledging the receipt of the order. If you choose an administrator option, that administrator can approve, edit and even cancel the order for stationery. Then we take over.

Saves TimeWe save you time, you don't have to fax a copy of your order, and many times what you see at one end doesn't look the same at the other. No more guessing if it's an L or a 1, and no more calls requesting confirmation of information. Best of all you print out a "proof" to your desktop printer. The user enters the information, prints a copy for his/her records, and that's it.

We save you money. By using your shipper number, you get the best rates available. You designate how to ship, and can choose to eliminate Next Day Air usage by designating ground shipping only. If your corporate identity requires 2 or more colors, we can print shells of the colors that don't change and stock them in our inventory. IN MANY INSTANCES THE SYSTEM IS SO EFFICIENT THE NEED FOR SHELLS ARE ELIMINATED.

Purchase Orders:

You can choose to require that a purchase order is entered when the order is placed. We will use that number to keep track of all orders placed with asi4u.com. Our site will allow your user(s) to track packages from order entry to shipping. We assign each order we receive a unique order number for our reference as well as yours.

Easy to UseShipping:

You can designate which locations can be shipped to. You can choose what is the preferred method of shipping (Next Day, Second Day or Ground) and as an added bonus we will use your UPS and FEDEX numbers, saving you money, as well as letting you track costs per location (UPS master and secondary accounts). Plus UPS* will credit your monthly usage for shipping (discount plan) even though we are shipping the stationery for you.

Font Usage, Corporate Symbols, etc.:

We will set a template of your corporate stationery, and we will not deviate from your predefined layouts and/or typefaces. We can also set up multiple layouts and designs for those companies with multiple names. You can choose predefined phone numbers and addresses for locations (user enters location code) and allow only certain fields to be entered (i.e.: name, title, extension and e-mail address _ _ _ @company_name.com.

Records:

We receive your orders in electronic form, we will store these for no shorter than 6 months, at that time we will, at our discretion, erase the records - active accounts remain in the system as long as they are active plus 3 months.

Authorization:

You can predetermine which users are allowed to order online with asi4u.com. We also require that you enter a password to access your customized ordering screen. You can also designate which users are permitted to order; as an added layer of control you can designate which people are permitted to place executive titles on business cards.

Confirmation:

Each order is replied to with a confirmation of receipt to member(s) of your choosing, as well as a copy to be sent as confirmation to your purchasing or procurement department of who placed the order, and what items were ordered.

Customization:

We will customize your pages here to reflect your corporate requirements. We also allow you to link directly from your web site into ours (or pull us into one of your web page frames).
